Supplier Onboarding Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding to a new digital system, including access, configuration, and validation
• Provide training and support to ensure suppliers master the new tool
• Resolve operational blockers and provide personalized follow-up
• Manage the escalation process by identifying critical points and alerting internal teams
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Quality, and Purchasing departments to streamline the supplier journey

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Management or equivalent
• Proven experience in supplier relations, onboarding, operational support, or digital project management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data cleaning, advanced formulas)
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes (flows, orders, deliveries, supplier performance)
• Strong ability to challenge suppliers with diplomacy and assertiveness
• Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
