Supplier Master Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional point of contact for business units, suppliers, and procurement teams regarding master data requests.
• Process supplier onboarding, banking updates, tax information, and deactivation requests in compliance with governance standards.
• Review and validate supplier documentation to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
• Maintain supplier master records across ERP and procurement systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Perform data quality reviews, duplicate analysis, and audits to improve master data accuracy.
• Conduct root cause analysis of data issues and implement corrective actions to improve process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounts Payable, Tax, Treasury, and Compliance.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing accurate documentation and demonstrating control compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Supplier Master Data, Master Data Management (MDM), or Procurement Operations.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation techniques.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and supplier lifecycle management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Experience with master data management tools or workflow platforms like Informatica or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Experience working in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environment.
