Supplier Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage base and preferred suppliers through RFQ processes, negotiations, and contract management
• Identify suppliers and drive sourcing and contracting based on business needs and management strategies
• Ensure compliance with category strategies, supplier base plans, and management processes
• Perform analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmarking, and spend
• Participate in target setting, follow-up, and corrective actions
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management relationships as a proactive business partner
• Ensure correct usage of relevant tools and share good practices within the site

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing and contracting
• 3+ years of experience in supplier base management

Preferred Qualifications

• Global or international experience in a procurement or supplier management role
