Supplier Management Specialist/Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage supplier business plans and implementation processes to leverage supplier strengths for the company.
• Align supplier goals and objectives with company targets to ensure mutual success.
• Determine and recommend tactical and strategic plans for supplier-company business relationships.
• Participate in supplier business reviews, providing data-driven insights and resolving operational issues.
• Identify and drive new supplier opportunities, focusing on developing unique value propositions through new services.
• Support cross-functional communication with product groups regarding price negotiations and market knowledge.
• Manage activities and programs to drive supplier pro-forma performance in alignment with financial goals.
• Perform analysis and reporting on program impacts, forecasting pipeline requirements, and rebate projections.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in supplier management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in strategic leadership and supplier relationship management.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to manage rebate projections and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently and exercise high levels of judgment and discretion.
• Experience solving complex problems through in-depth evaluation of data and variables.
