Supplier Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage supplier, price, and condition data in internal systems to ensure high data quality
• Monitor contractual agreements and conditions to identify and resolve discrepancies early
• Update contract data to ensure smooth operational processes
• Analyze invoice and condition deviations with suppliers and wholesalers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to improve contract management processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
• Relevant professional experience in procurement, contract management, or administration
• Experience in contract administration or procurement support
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Fluent communication skills in German and English
