Supplier Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage supplier, price, and condition data in internal systems to ensure high data quality and consistency
• Monitor contractual agreements and conditions, identifying and resolving discrepancies early
• Update contract data in internal systems to ensure smooth operational workflows
• Analyze invoice and condition discrepancies with suppliers and wholesalers, collaborating with stakeholders for rapid resolution
• Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to drive continuous improvement in contract management processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
• Relevant professional experience in procurement, contract management, or administrative functions
• Experience in contract administration or procurement support
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX is ideal
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluent communication skills in German and English
