Supplier Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve vendor and raw material management systems to ensure compliance with global quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000)
• Lead supplier development, qualification, and risk assessment for raw materials
• Manage raw material specifications, documentation, and approval workflows
• Execute vendor audit calendars and participate in the global audit team
• Monitor raw material alerts and lead investigations per global process flows
• Support global HACCP teams and internal/external audits
• Assist with corrective actions for non-conformities and complaints
• Support business functions including Sourcing, Innovation, and Regulatory Affairs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety, quality, regulatory, or product development
• ISO 22000 Auditor or Lead Auditor certification
• Working knowledge of HACCP, PRP, OPRP, and food safety legislation
• Experience with risk and root cause analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and SAP
• Ability to travel up to 5-10% annually
