Supplier Management Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships across all procurement categories
• Ensure the availability of qualified and competitive suppliers globally
• Drive global standardization and harmonization initiatives within the supplier base
• Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and phase-out
• Maintain governance and data integrity of supplier master data in ERP and supplier management systems
• Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and escalate compliance issues
• Conduct supplier capability assessments, audits, and compliance reviews
• Support make-or-buy decisions and supplier selection in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain roles
• Experience working with ERP and supplier management systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and supplier performance dashboards
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and cross-functional teams
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
