Supplier Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Bill of Materials (BOM) validation process in partnership with Finance to capture cost-impacting changes
• Conduct standard costing analyses to support annual cost-setting activities
• Lead cross-functional strategic reviews and initiatives aligned with Supply Chain and corporate objectives
• Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Support leadership decision-making through structured analyses and clear storytelling
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and streamline supply chain analytical processes
• Support the deployment and enhancement of digital tools such as Power BI and Power Platform to improve visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in a strategic role within a manufacturing environment
• Advanced Excel proficiency and intermediate PowerPoint proficiency
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform
• Knowledge of cloud-based tools, preferably Azure
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA
• Familiarity with automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled tools
• Aerospace industry and contracting experience
