Supplier Invoicing Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal business groups to ensure AP invoices meet submission and compliance requirements
• Analyze and process PO and non-PO invoices in accordance with established payment terms
• Apply complex coding structures to invoices within OpenInvoice
• Process employee business expense reimbursements in alignment with company policy
• Respond to invoice inquiries and complete supplier statement reconciliations
• Review, analyze, and code production fluid hauling and processing invoices
• Promote supplier adoption of electronic submission tools and provide application support/training
• Prepare and submit requests for supplier account updates and EFT payment configurations
• Review and approve weekly payment run reports for the Treasury Department
• Prepare correcting journal entries and upload files into the financial system

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in accounting, an accounting diploma, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships and co-op experience will be considered)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience with Qbyte, OpenInvoice, or processing Purchase Order invoices
• Knowledge of reviewing and coding production fluid hauling and processing invoices
