Supplier Disruption Over-Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Capture and centralize major disruptions impacting the A350 Final Assembly Line (FAL) using internal data sources
• Estimate potential costs and quantify the impact of supplier disruptions on production cycle time (CVAT)
• Construct robust, well-documented claim dossiers with comprehensive evidence to initiate formal supplier recourse
• Define optimal claim strategies within Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) and support negotiations with buyers
• Maintain a comprehensive status of disputes and report operational and financial progress to leadership

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Industrial Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Final Assembly Line (FAL) industrial environment
• Proficiency in supplier claim management and production data analysis
• Experience with industrial performance indicators, specifically CVAT
• Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills, rigorous mindset, and ability to lead Multi-Functional Teams
