About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct capacity and full supply chain audits to ensure robustness.
- Support suppliers in the deployment of light assessments and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the application of processes and tools defined by the central Supply Chain team.
- Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Lead and monitor site-level supplier performance management.
- Strengthen inter-site cooperation between Purchasing, Quality, and Supply Chain departments.
- Manage supplier performance by tracking key indicators and coordinating multi-site activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
- Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management techniques.
- Experience or strong understanding of supplier delivery performance management.
- Proficiency with Supply Chain Information Systems.
- Knowledge of industrial scheduling, transport, and distribution.
- Understanding of Lean Management and purchasing processes.
- Strong leadership, agility, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time within France and Europe.
