Supplier Delivery Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct capacity and full supply chain audits to ensure robustness.
• Support suppliers in the deployment of light assessments and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the application of processes and tools defined by the central Supply Chain team.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Lead and monitor site-level supplier performance management.
• Strengthen inter-site cooperation between Purchasing, Quality, and Supply Chain departments.
• Manage supplier performance by tracking key indicators and coordinating multi-site activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management techniques.
• Experience or strong understanding of supplier delivery performance management.
• Proficiency with Supply Chain Information Systems.
• Knowledge of industrial scheduling, transport, and distribution.
• Understanding of Lean Management and purchasing processes.
• Strong leadership, agility, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time within France and Europe.
