Supplier Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage, control, and optimize the accounts payable cycle and treasury management
• Supervise supplier invoice entry and validate third-party payments
• Create and maintain supplier records within the accounting software
• Monitor daily cash flow and perform related financial analyses
• Reconcile supplier and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
• Participate actively in monthly and annual closing processes
• Support continuous improvement projects to optimize accounting tools and internal controls
• Monitor supplier KPIs including payment terms, discrepancies, and disputes
• Train and mentor junior or new staff members

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with a methodical and organized approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge using PeopleSoft
