About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise personnel and manage resources efficiently to achieve expected results within assigned contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with the technical and commercial scope defined in client proposals and service orders.
  • Oversee and control all technical activities related to service execution at client plants.
  • Maintain quality of technical reports and conduct periodic meetings with clients to present progress.
  • Manage team performance through recruitment, selection, and regular performance evaluations.
  • Supervise the proper use, protection, and maintenance of all equipment and tools allocated to the contract.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental protection standards.
  • Monitor financial performance and business plan compliance for the service provision.

Requirements

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience managing maintenance teams in industrial environments.
  • Proven experience with maintenance KPIs and contractual performance monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and operational routine management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for reporting and control.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in managing industrial service contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop people, and promote organizational change.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on creating and capturing value.
