Supervisor/Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experiences in person and via mobile devices
• Oversee sales floor operations and provide direction and coaching to the team
• Perform store opening and closing duties, including cash handling and setting alarms
• Manage customer concerns and staff issues with poise and respect
• Assist with inventory cycle counts, order processing, and stock room organization
• Execute visual merchandising directives and floor resets to elevate the shopping experience
• Maintain high store standards through regular housekeeping and organization tasks

Requirements

• Some management experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to move about the store and frequently adjust/move items weighing up to 40lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service
• Background in specialty retail, activewear, or outdoor apparel
