Supervisor/KAM Bus

Responsibilities

• Act as Key Account Manager (KAM) for bus customers in the Malmö area
• Lead and support 2–4 mechanics in their daily work
• Serve as the primary link between customers, Volvo Truck Center, and Volvo Buses
• Plan and follow up on work orders to ensure correct competence and staffing levels
• Manage administration, invoicing, and customer dialogue regarding service issues
• Perform technical assessments and handle goodwill and warranty cases
• Proactively work with business KPIs to contribute to profitability
• Plan staffing, vacations, training, and on-call activities
• Ensure accurate customer information and work within Salesforce

Requirements

• Experience in the vehicle or transport industry
• Strong structured and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer dialogue
• Technical interest in heavy vehicles
• Ability to work solution-oriented across multiple contact points
• Experience in leadership or work supervision is a plus
• Valid B-driver's license (C or D licenses are a plus)
