Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within your area of responsibility
• Drive sales, service, and the execution of campaigns
• Ensure high store standards and efficient goods flow
• Motivate, follow up, and develop sales staff
• Contribute to good collaboration across the department
• Take responsibility for closing the store during assigned shifts

Requirements

• Experience from retail or store environments
• Enjoy an operational leadership role in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, positive, and able to motivate others
• Customer-oriented, structured, and solution-focused
• Leadership experience is an advantage but not a requirement
