Supervisor, Warehousing

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction, feedback, and coaching to distribution center staff
• Define departmental objectives for parts control, warehousing, sequencing, repack, and inventory control
• Plan associate work schedules and supervise direct reports
• Manage operational expenses and assist in annual budget preparation
• Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, shortages, and damages
• Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements, EMS/QMS, and health and safety policies
• Maintain accurate department records and documentation
• Promote a safe and clean working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of leadership experience preferred
• Forklift Certification
• 3+ years as a YNA Team Lead or 4+ years external supervisory experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Experience with GQRS or similar customer-specific parts control systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability for 24/7 on-call requirements including weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
