Supervisor, Warehousing

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Rework Teams to achieve functional objectives and meet customer requirements.
• Plan, organize, and supervise associate work schedules and monitor daily workflow.
• Identify and address training and developmental needs to improve team skills and competencies.
• Ensure adherence to established processes, procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Manage staffing levels to align with production volumes, including prototype and past model requirements.
• Set associate objectives, conduct performance reviews, and maintain accurate department documentation.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports, metrics, and key process indicators for management.
• Resolve customer and internal issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support corporate, environmental, quality, health, and safety policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or rework environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical or manufacturing field.
• Background in engineering or wire harness manufacturing.
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish).
