Supervisor, Warehouse & Materials

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting performance reviews
• Coordinate all shipping and receiving functions, including packing, material intake, and liaison with shippers
• Enforce inventory procedures to ensure accurate warehouse transactions and efficient inventory flow
• Perform regular physical inventories and prepare detailed reports for management
• Manage the security of inventory assets and implement protocols to prevent material theft
• Implement safety and health programs to maintain safe working conditions and ensure legal compliance
• Oversee facility maintenance, including building repairs, vehicle care, and vendor relationships
• Manage and control warehouse expenses in alignment with project budgets and financial goals

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in warehouse or materials management
• Proven experience in hiring, training, and leading teams
• Expertise in inventory management and maintaining accuracy
• Strong coordination skills regarding shipping and receiving processes
• Experience implementing safety programs and maintaining compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
