Supervisor, Warehouse & Distribution Management

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to ensure efficient operations in warehouse and distribution centers
• Make daily decisions regarding task assignments and workflow optimization
• Oversee storage space, material flows, and safety protocols
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments for timely distribution
• Train, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for team members
• Ensure strict adherence to GxP regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control standards
• Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and high employee engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
• 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or distribution environments
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience
• Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX
• Ability to work the Monday to Thursday shift (4:00 pm to 2:30 am CST)
