Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of tradespeople on site
• Assign tasks and monitor productivity
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Conduct routine quality checks and report deviations
• Provide progress updates and resource forecasts
• Facilitate communication between site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role on construction or industrial electrical projects
• Background as a qualified electrician or similar trade
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English; Scandinavian language knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Commitment to safety culture and site procedures
• Flexible and proactive approach
