Supervisor Utilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel working within established operational systems
• Operate and adjust complex systems to optimize quality and productivity
• Conduct new product trials and generate solutions for complex inefficiencies
• Develop monthly and annual production plans, including resource planning and performance monitoring
• Communicate local action plans to team members to align with broader business strategy and mission
• Assist specialists in setting up, testing, and installing new products or complex systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and perform preventive maintenance inspections

Requirements

• High School or FE College education (2 A Levels)
• Proven experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve results within timeframes
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision while providing technical guidance to others
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment and systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of managing and applying safe systems of work
• Excellent verbal communication skills for expressing ideas, requesting actions, and formulating plans
