Supervisor, Transaction Processing

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff responsible for processing medical and pharmacy bills, correspondence, and documentation for government healthcare projects
• Maintain accountability for ensuring performance meets required service level agreements
• Monitor staff performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance
• Assist staff with processing questions and identify/resolve workflow barriers
• Oversee production, Quality, and Team Lead staff
• Provide input for payroll processing and staffing projections
• Write and develop policies and procedures as necessary
• Conduct security reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of recent leadership experience
• Experience in data entry, mailroom, or outbound mail processing
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to pass and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance and background check
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, including some weekend hours if needed
• Strong communication skills for written documentation and verbal presentations
