Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit
• Support the management team in personnel, product, merchandising, and business processes
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team
• Perform manager-on-duty functions, including store opening and closing
• Execute visual merchandising directives for the sales floor and back room
• Build a talent pool for key positions and potential successors

Requirements

• Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
• Previous people management experience with conflict resolution skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at pace
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor
• Proactive approach to finding in-store solutions
