Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit
• Support the management team in overseeing personnel, product merchandising, and business processes
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and providing an exemplary customer journey
• Perform manager-on-duty functions, including managing store opening and closing procedures
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff members
• Execute "door to floor" best practices for visual merchandising in both the sales floor and back room
• Foster a positive store environment by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
• Build a talent pool for key positions and identify potential successors within the team

Requirements

• Previous track record in a supervisory or specialist role within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven experience in people management, including the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
• Strong, effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily
• Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly to changing retail environments
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor with a "can-do" approach to problem-solving
• Confidence in providing feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
