Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit
• Support the management team in managing personnel, product, merchandising, and business processes
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and offering an exemplary customer journey
• Perform manager-on-duty functions, including managing store opening/closing and sales floor operations
• Communicate marketing and sales promotions clearly to all staff members
• Ensure visual merchandising directives are executed correctly from "door to floor"
• Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly and consistently
• Support team training on product knowledge and store maintenance to deliver business strategy

Requirements

• Previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
• Proven people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
• Effective communication skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
• Ability to work well with change and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
• Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor with a "can do" approach
• Confidence in providing feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
