About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate daily team activities
- Help keep the site running safely and efficiently
- Assist with troubleshooting machinery and equipment issues
- Allocate workloads and support on-the-job training
- Solve practical problems as they arise
- Work alongside the Branch Manager to improve site performance
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach and good level of fitness
- Experience in manufacturing, workshop, production, or industrial environments
- Ability to support and motivate others
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- F endorsement (Forklift Licence) or willingness to obtain one
