Supervisor, Tim Hortons

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage
• Train staff members in best practices and skill development
• Cross-train to work in the Marek Cafe and other unit areas
• Uphold food safety standards and procedures
• Manage cash processes and support the Manager
• Perform physical inventories and maintain stock levels
• Oversee and respond to customer and employee concerns

Requirements

• Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday required)
• Previous experience in Tim Hortons or fast-paced food service
• Experience as a Tim Hortons Baker
• Kitchen experience
• 2 years of supervision experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Experience with cash handling and management
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle
