About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage
- Train staff members in best practices and skill development
- Cross-train to work in the Marek Cafe and other unit areas
- Uphold food safety standards and procedures
- Manage cash processes and support the Manager
- Perform physical inventories and maintain stock levels
- Oversee and respond to customer and employee concerns
Requirements
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday required)
- Previous experience in Tim Hortons or fast-paced food service
- Experience as a Tim Hortons Baker
- Kitchen experience
- 2 years of supervision experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Experience with cash handling and management
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle
