Supervisor, Tenders & Contracts - LAS

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership for the complete lifecycle of tenders and commercial contracts across the Latin America South (LAS) region.
• Lead and develop a regional team of Tenders & Contracts Analysts in Brazil, Chile, and Colombia.
• Develop and implement bidding response strategies (win strategies) considering risks, profitability, and regulations.
• Analyze pricing models, margins, and cost feasibility for public and private sector commercial opportunities.
• Manage the full cycle of tender processes, from initial bid analysis through to submission and contract signing.
• Oversee the use of contract management systems (CLM) and ensure documentation governance and traceability.
• Mitigate risks related to contractual clauses, legal compliance, and internal governance.
• Act as the primary contact for institutional clients and provide training to internal Commercial and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing commercial contracts and leading regional or multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep knowledge of public and private tender processes (e.g., Law 14.133/2021 in Brazil, ChileCompra, or SECOP in Colombia).
• Experience with pricing models, margin analysis, and cost structures in commercial proposals.
• Proficiency with CLM systems, ERPs, and document management tools such as Excel, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is mandatory.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably within the healthcare sector, is highly preferred.
