About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5-7 direct reports to support talent acquisition operations
- Oversee segment interview scheduling and provide on-site candidate support
- Manage successful full-cycle onboarding processes for various segments
- Oversee citizenship verification and ensure OFCCP compliance requirements are met
- Leverage reporting and data to assist with workforce planning and driving results
- Perform other duties as assigned, including up to 10% local travel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, OR 6+ years of prior related experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills
- Experience with PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory experience managing non-exempt employees
- Experience working in a metrics-based environment utilizing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
