Supervisor, Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, training, and development of the planning team
• Accountable for finished goods/materials inventory, short-to-mid term capacity utilization, and customer service
• Develop cost-effective product supply plans within an SAP environment to meet customer service and inventory targets
• Maintain product and material availability within established safety stock policies
• Establish and maintain a balanced rolling master production schedule for at least 8 weeks for all site production lines
• Analyze forecasts versus capacities to prevent service issues, overstocks, and plant inefficiencies
• Lead the implementation and execution of new product development planning at the plant level
• Ensure product freshness by minimizing aged inventory and managing obsolescence risks
• Foster a culture of trust, wellbeing, and accountability within the team

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of supervisory or people management experience
• 1+ years of Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Scheduling experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to be on call 24/7
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
