Supervisor SSOMA-Minería

Responsibilities

• Enforce the Safety Program to achieve zero accidents
• Develop, approve, and disseminate Risk Prevention and Safety Programs
• Supervise continuous compliance with legal regulations and HSE standards
• Conduct planned and unplanned safety inspections
• Investigate and review safety, health, and environmental accident reports
• Deliver safety talks to contractor companies
• Analyze sustainability impacts regarding health, safety, and environment
• Prepare risk analyses for field execution and safety performance monitoring
• Prepare work reports including inspections and audits

Requirements

• Professional degree in Engineering (Mining, Safety, or related preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE supervision within the mining sector
• Knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (KPIs, etc.)
• Familiarity with D.S. 024, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
• Experience with IPERC matrices and risk analysis methodologies
• Experience handling internal and MINTRA audits
• Ability to read, synthesize, and write technical documents
• Availability to supervise different mining units
• Driver's license A1 (desirable)
