Responsibilities

• Lead a small team within an in-store department to deliver a world-class customer experience
• Create an engaging working environment by providing on-the-spot feedback and celebrating team success
• Implement meticulous visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand
• Drive store performance and sales to achieve and exceed commercial goals
• Ensure team efficiency by following best practices and maintaining high brand knowledge

Requirements

• Recent supervisory experience in a retail environment
• Passion for retail and a genuine interest in working with people
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and challenge others
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high presentation standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
