Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the team to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently
• Exceed sales targets and company acquisition targets for N.dulge
• Support stock file accuracy and adhere to stock handling policies to minimize loss
• Ensure team awareness of sales targets, ATV, AUS, and conversion targets
• Communicate clearly with internal and external business partners to drive opportunities
• Analyze business reports to review weekly, monthly, and yearly performance
• Support the store recruitment process and foster an inclusive environment
• Deliver feedback and escalate performance issues to management
• Coach and develop the team to achieve their full potential
• Maintain the store in line with Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to deliver a ‘customer first’ experience
• Leadership skills to coach and motivate a team
• Ability to understand and analyze commercial reports
• Strong communication, prioritizing, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage change and rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to delegate tasks and follow up effectively
