Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration, Professional certifications in Facility Management or Health Safety preferred, 4–7 years experience in facility management or soft services, Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, Experience managing large teams and service providers
About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise routine and deep cleaning activities to ensure high housekeeping standards
- Monitor waste collection, segregation, recycling, and disposal processes
- Coordinate pest control programs and monitor service effectiveness
- Oversee landscaping activities to maintain external areas in excellent condition
- Ensure timely response to client requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in facility management, housekeeping, hospitality, or soft services operations
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a facility management environment
- Experience managing large teams and multiple service providers
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Facility Management, Housekeeping, or Health Safety
