About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for the Ski & Cycle zone and the store workshop
- Motivate, follow up, and develop sales staff and workshop employees
- Perform assembly, service, repair, and maintenance of bicycles, skis, and sports equipment
- Ensure high store standards, efficient goods flow, and proper product presentation
- Maintain workshop organization, tools, and materials in accordance with HSE routines
- Assist with stock replenishment, price checks, and campaigns
- Handle cash register duties as needed
Requirements
- Experience with assembly, service, or repair of bicycles, skis, or other sports equipment
- Interest in sports, outdoor life, or an active lifestyle
- Service-oriented mindset with a desire to help customers
- Practical approach with a focus on quality of work
- Structured, responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Leadership experience from retail or workshop is an advantage but not required
