Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a skilled manufacturing team in the production and servicing of large generator stators
• Enforce safe work practices and ensure OSHA compliance to maintain a Zero Harm culture
• Monitor daily production, resolve operational issues, and coordinate across shifts and departments
• Manage workforce needs, including staffing distribution, training, and overtime planning
• Oversee employee performance, attendance, and conflict resolution
• Track production metrics and schedules to ensure alignment with operational goals
• Promote quality and efficiency through Lean/5S principles and proper documentation in SAP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, an Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, or a High school degree with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
• Experience or knowledge of large rotating equipment and manufacturing processes is a plus
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
