Supervisor Shop in shop Madrid Preciados

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist, and motivate team members on the sales floor to achieve individual and location performance targets and KPIs
• Support the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short and long-term business targets
• Coach, develop, and train team members to continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills
• Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base
• Manage daily store operations including opening procedures, shift management, and vacation planning
• Execute detailed daily reports and maintain regular email communication
• Drive the use of available tools and ensure all company procedures and policies are strictly followed
• Monitor competitors and local market trends to share relevant findings with the Area Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or in a similar position of responsibility within Retail
• Experience in Premium or Luxury Retail environments
• High level of English proficiency (B2–C1 level) to interact with international customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Residence in Madrid or willingness to relocate to the city
• Ability to work a 40-hour week with flexibility for shift management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in shop-in-shop formats specifically at "El Corte Inglés"
• Administrative studies (FP2)
