Supervisor, Securities Lending

Responsibilities

• Provide and extend support to International Securities Lending trading desks
• Manage and develop relationships with borrowers and various internal departments
• Ensure all trades are timely recorded and updated in strict adherence to SLAs
• Act as team lead in the absence of the Manager
• Contribute to process improvement efforts to increase team efficiency and productivity
• Provide coaching and guidance to other team members

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of different investment instruments
• Proven experience in banking operations and back office environments
• Experience in Securities Operations or financial services
• Ability to work UK market hours (typically between 3:00pm and 12:00am)

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary education
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges
