Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervision, leadership, and motivation of employees in your area of responsibility
• Conducting employee performance reviews and meetings
• Acting as the primary contact for employees regarding operational questions and problem-solving
• Performing regular on-site security audits
• Coordinating and ensuring quality management and process workflows
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction as the first point of contact for clients
• Managing and implementing daily business operations
• Identifying security gaps and potential risks
• Supporting personnel deployment planning and recruitment interviews
• Developing an environment focused on continuous improvement and customer engagement

Requirements

• Qualification as a specialist for protection and security (Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit) or comparable
• Initial experience in leadership and/or personnel planning
• Reliable character with a clean criminal record (current certificate required)
• Very good German language skills
• Driver's license (Class B) is mandatory
• Proficient in IT/EDV systems
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial or technical industry knowledge
• Good English language skills (B2 level)
• AEVO and PFSO training
