Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for security guards and support them in their duties
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve optimal performance
• Provide operational leadership and set a positive example
• Conduct daily briefings and inform security managers
• Coordinate staff scheduling and task allocation
• Manage agenda items including escorts, site inspections, and building checks
• Ensure all security tasks are executed according to instructions and report irregularities

Requirements

• Beveiliger-2 diploma
• Valid driver's license (B) and own vehicle
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• 24/7 availability including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Computer literacy
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Motivational leadership style

Benefits

• Salary according to CAO PB
• Hourly allowance of €1.20
• Indefinite contract (144 hours per 4 weeks)
• Travel reimbursement (€0.19 per km or public transport)
