Create, update, and monitor service instructions
Supervise, lead, and motivate employees in your area of responsibility
Communicate important information regarding service planning to planners
Act as a contact person for employees regarding operational questions and problems
Provide service clothing and technical equipment
Support the onboarding and training of new employees
Assist in customer care, development, and new customer acquisition
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards
Conduct regular on-site security audits to identify improvement potential
Manage quality according to QM guidelines and handle customer complaints
Maintain Securitas tools and support company strategy

Completed training as a Certified Protection and Security Force (GSSK) or comparable qualification
Initial leadership experience and experience in the operational security industry
Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English is an advantage
Valid Class B driver's license
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in dynamic, technology-driven work environments
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
Commercial thinking and basic business understanding
Strong communication skills and organizational talent
