Supervisor Sales Operations & Support

Responsibilities

• Supervise the ISS group to ensure efficient daily operations and timely completion of sales targets and order requests
• Lead the processing of pending order requests from sales to drive them to completion
• Gather, maintain, and submit accurate business analytics reports to ANZ Managers and other stakeholders
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and loading of OSC data and ISS templates
• Manage change order requests and pre-order activities, including ITC compliance, T&C approvals, and credit checks
• Responsible for loading the Book of Work (BOW) to OSC via loader

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Support
• University degree in Business, Information Technology, or Industrial Engineering
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proficiency in Smart Sheet
• Awareness of Power BI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
