About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a lead sales advisor and brand ambassador
- Mentor and support Rituals Advisors
- Interact directly with customers to ensure an optimal experience
- Work alongside Store Managers to reach personal and store goals
Requirements
- Availability for 2 days during the week, including evenings and weekends
- Prior experience as a supervisor or Team Leader in retail or hospitality
- Strong motivation to reach performance targets
- Customer-service mentality and team-player work ethic
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Organized and structured with an eye for detail
