Supervisor - Resources Management

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Contractors Management team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance appraisals
• Develop and apply processes for contractor hiring, compliance, and organizational changes
• Analyze financial impacts of contractor promotions and changes to ensure alignment with targets
• Lead the development of external resource forecasts and workforce management strategies
• Improve recruitment operations, gatekeeper approval workflows, and data governance
• Engage daily with stakeholders including agencies, hiring managers, IT, and HR
• Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automations within contractor systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7 years of experience in workforce management, finance, project management, or a related area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
• Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives

• Previous experience in a people supervisor role
