Supervisor, Remarketing

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Remarketing Specialists through training and mentoring
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide corrective action to achieve objectives
• Oversee daily auction remarketing operations for repossessed and surrendered collateral
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline liquidation and resolve title or lien issues
• Manage aged repossessed inventory to reduce aging and maximize recovery values
• Resolve complex or escalated dealer, vendor, and auction issues
• Maintain productive relationships with auction partners, repossession forwarders, and third-party vendors
• Implement policies and controls to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recovery performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience leading a remarketing team
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Extensive knowledge of remarketing, repossession, and collateral liquidation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based business applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party vendors and auction partners
• Experience within auto finance, lending, or asset recovery environments
