Supervisor, Refinery Production

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve performance goals
• Monitor daily operations and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of work
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
• Evaluate employee performance and provide necessary feedback and training
• Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance and operational activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Production
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production environments
