Supervisor Raw Materials and Inventory

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Raw Materials team at the Hardenberg location
• Monitor and analyze raw material and inventory variances
• Ensure the timely availability of all raw materials and components required for production
• Oversee inventory accuracy and maintain correct inventory management processes
• Identify and act upon deviations in consumption and recipes to ensure production continuity
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality departments to optimize processes
• Promote and implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and safety culture
• Coordinate and participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• HBO level education
• Proven experience working within production processes
• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Result-oriented and process-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of raw materials and crushing/milling installations
• Experience with improvement methodologies such as Lean or Wcom
