Supervisor, Quality Systems

Responsibilities

• Manage the quality program for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program – Philippines (MCPP-PHIL) communications equipment.
• Develop and enforce maintenance and supply policies, procedures, and standard work.
• Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and oversee certification compliance.
• Monitor, audit, and evaluate logistics and maintenance operations to prevent defects and ensure adherence to quality plans.
• Analyze adverse quality trends and initiate corrective actions using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Act as the primary interface between the customer and daily program operations.
• Lead quality initiatives and projects, managing resources and reporting progress to management.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Four years of experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing corrective actions.
• Four years of directly related work experience in an equipment maintenance field.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality control processes.
• Possession of a valid U.S. Passport and a U.S. Stateside Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Philippines Work Visa.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical specifications and forecasting spare parts.

Preferred Qualifications

• USMC MOS 0402/3002.
• Completion of the Logistics Officer Course or equivalent.
• Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) by ASQ.
• Practical knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
• In-depth understanding of Marine Corps policies, regulations, and shipboard equipment.
